Customer service from start to finish was easy. I looked online, and the car was delivered exactly as described. The team was helpful, and the financing process was straightforward. This was the least hassle I’ve had buying a car. I prefer to do things online to avoid talking to people lol, so the process suited me well. The car arrived valeted, thoroughly washed, polished, clean, with the protective mats in place, and fully charged.

Customer service has been very good. I got what I needed from them and from the initial enquiry to the handover, everything was very straightforward. Would've preferred a dummy guide because electric vehicles are not my strongest suit haha.
