Since collecting my car from LMC, it’s been running fine and I have had no issues. When I first visited the showroom I didn’t have the best experience, the first salesperson I dealt with didn’t provide the level of service I expected. However, a senior member of staff then took over, and things improved significantly. They clearly explained all the finance details and answered my questions thoroughly, which made me confident in going ahead with the purchase. Due to the second person I dealt with and the condition of the car its a overall 3 star rating.

All in all, a good experience with the dealer. When I first got my car, a couple of minor things became noticeable. a headlight is out and there's also quite a bit of condensation when I first get in, so I have to drive with the heating on full at the start, which isn’t ideal but, that said the car drives really well and overall it's been great. The staff were lovely during the sale, so I can’t fault them on that.

My new Tiguan is doing good so far, I did have a problem with the tyre but the staff at LMC have already sorted this out for me, they were good to deal with through the sale and afterwards when the issues arose.

Excellent service from start to finish, we were really impressed with how everything was made clear and nothing was hidden from us. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. I think it is a very well-run organisation. My wife is most pleased with the vehicle and she has not had any faults with it. I would highly recommend this dealership and give them the highest mark possible!

Recently went to LMC with my son. He went for the Smart ForFour and he is happy with it, no issues have come up so far. The customer service was great, with a quick turnaround and everything went according to plan with no hassle at all. We took the car for a test drive and felt we had long enough to figure out if there were any concerns. Based on how everything is going so far I wouldn't have any problem recommending LMC to others.

Customer care at the dealership was fine and I can't say I had any issues with them during or after the sale all round good experience. My MG is doing good, no issues have come up since getting it and all seems to be doing just fine!

5/5. Will was extremely helpful confirming all he said in writing and had the car (a Volvo xc60 inscription) in great condition with all the paperwork when we arrived to pick it up and part exchange our car. Can't fault his professionalism. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My situation changed recently so I decided to splash out and treat myself to a new Mercedes GLA. I’m absolutely loving it now although I must admit I was a bit terrified at first. I’d never seen so many dials and buttons before — but I’m gradually getting the hang of it. Everyone seems to love the car too and I’ve had so many lovely compliments. Paul at LMC Cars was fantastic too. He was genuinely helpful and always did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. It really means a lot when someone keeps their word these days and I was very grateful for that.

I absolutely love my new car and even though I mostly just use it for getting from A to B, I’m really enjoying driving it. The buying process was fine but I did feel a bit let down by the part-exchange price. What was agreed the day before wasn’t actually honoured 24 hours later, so I didn’t get the deal I was originally promised hence my 4 star rating. That said, the staff were very friendly and the salesman was great to deal with, so overall I’m still pretty happy with my purchase.
