Very friendly and helpful, great communication. I really appreciated that I was offered a lift from the trader to the mail post to change the car ownership. The car was impeccably valeted. I would surely buy there again.

I saw the Kia Picanto at Autocars and it looked well maintained with low milage, Gary who I dealt with was brilliant, five stars!

The car is actually for my daughter, but she's studying away at the moment so myself and my husband drive the Hyundai so its not sat still for too long and its really good, so we are happy! During the experience buying the car, Rob was brilliant he was very helpful, clear and just smiley and friendly. I was quite stressed about getting the car, but having dealt with Autocars I didn't actually feel stressed at all, they are very approachable people and really friendly. We bought a warranty through them as well, initially when my husband went with me to see the car, they wrote his details down so the warranty had his name on, but it needed to be in the daughter's name. they were really helpful with that as well, we didn't have to get in touch with the warranty they sorted it out for us straightaway, it was really good!

Everyone at Autocars are really friendly and they had great customer service. I drove past and went in for a look, they was all lovely with me. I dealt with Rob and he was amazing, I’d definitely recommend!

I got my Mercedes A-class from Autocars, they were brilliant! I did have a issue with the engine light but they were on top of it and got it resolved, Rob who I dealt was brilliant I highly recommend him!

The dealership is really good and despite having some niggles, they did deliver what was offered originally. It isn't usual for a dealership to go to the lengths that they did to ensure that the standard expected became the standard that they did deliver in the end. Would I use them again? Yes, we all have the odd hiccup but I have faith in the dealership to ensure that the service I expected to be provided is delivered in the end . Cheers guys, the car is lovely.

5 was quick and easy great service

We went through a broker and it was Autocars that had the car. So a third party purchase almost. We've had no had any problems with it as of yet. Quick turnaround there was no aggro it was all a given and as described so can't complain. I would give them a 5 to be honest as I said no aggro all went smoothly so yeah!

We do a hell of a lot with Autocars, on a trade to trade basis. I dealt with Kirsty this time around but it is usually James I deal with. Great service as always. Had no issues at all. Everything has been fine with the Tesla we purchased. Would rate them a 5/5.
