Customer service was brilliant, the staff I found to be very helpful and most importantly welcoming. It was nice not to have any pushiness or pressure on the sale. The car I got I use pretty much everyday and had no issues.

Everything been absolutely perfect I am so happy with my car it is definitely an upgrade from my previous. I've been getting into it just for the sake of driving! The service couldn't have been any better, Ken and dominic were just great, very friendly and explained everything. They made it a really nice experience and didn't put any pressure on the sale, I had confidence in buying off them.

My car is absolutely perfect! It is the first electric vehicle I have had, definitely still getting used to it but really happy! The guys at BFC were easy to deal with, couldn't have been a better experience. I paid for it on the Monday and it was delivered on Thursday.
The communication was spot on, I was kept updated throughout, even the delivery driver kept me updated on what time he was arriving. We will be looking to get a new family car at some point and will be contacting BFC to help, as the service they provided will be hard to get elsewhere.
