Absolutely fantastic dealership. They are amazing. I was recommended to go there and we have bought two cars now. I can't fault them. Harry, the owner, reduced the price for us as we are returning customers. I will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend them and have done already.

I saw the dealership on Autotrader and chose them because they are an Rac approved dealership & they had a car I could afford. We did have a disagreement with one of the sales guys but it ended fine. The rest of the staff were fine. I had to come back a second time to collect because of a few things with the MOT. If car wasn’t in such a good condition I wouldn’t have gone back however, when I went to go pick it up, it was ready and I could drive away straight away.

Going very well with the Jeep. I found the vehicle which lead me to the dealership. Harry and everybody there were sound. Welcoming, friendly, quick process. I’d not heard of the dealership before hand but the car was presented as in the pictures. I gave four stars as not yet received the log book but I would recommend.

Needed a car urgently and the service was good, but disappointed after being told the car I was buying would be serviced with a fresh MOT, to then be sold a car with MOT advisories that I needed to sort.

Carcentral were brilliant from start to finish during the whole process. From initial contact they were very helpful and made sure the vehicle of our choice was ready when we wanted it to be. On arrival everyone at the showroom was very friendly and went out of their way to cater for our needs. On agreement of price the office were excellent in helping us arrange road tax and drive away insurance. Would definitely recommend if you find the car of your choice advertised there. You won’t be disappointed. Very pleased with our purchase and can’t thank them enough.

The Ford Kuga is ok. I was looking for a decent car to get me to work and to pick my kids up, specifically a Ford Kuga, and Car Central Birmingham happened to have one in stock. I’ve had a bit of a delay with a rattling door when picking up the car the day after I bought it, but it was resolved within an hound. I would recommend Car Central to others.

Fair pricing & Swift delivery

The salesman at Car Central talks my kind of language. He seemed like a straight forward guy and we talked through everything, he seemed like an honest trader.

Fiat 500x is doing okay. It was attention to detail with car central that stood out. Although, I did feel like it hard to get on the phone with them at times.

The Fiat 500 is driving perfect, my daughter loves it. I was looking on Autotrader and found the Fiat 500, it had low milage and I really like the how it looked and I liked everything about it. The car was delivered as well, it was effortless!
