The car is lovely! The vehicle didn't have any mats when I viewed it and although the dealer did purchase some for the car I do feel they could have been higher quality. I was also promised a full valet which I didn't feel was done. In fairness, the guy did offer me to take it back and they would give it another valet but due to the distance this wasn't practical for me.

My previous car had done over two hundred thousand miles so it was time to get a new one the Land Rover Discovery from Cartime Rochdale is a good car, its been great. It was the right car on Autotrader and the right price, however I don’t think the car was valeted properly and it cost me to get this sorted. Dealing with Paul the salesman was great he did his job perfectly.

The customer care received from Johnathan and on the whole made to feel very welcome at the dealership. Car was prepared thoroughly as requested pre viewing. Only disappointment was the meagre amount of the trade in offered by Cartime .

No problems at all. I wanted something electric and had one before so it just made sense. I saw the car on Autotrader and Cartime had the one I liked. A few days later after getting the car home, I noticed a couple of small bits of damage that I fixed myself. I dealt with Andy, he was very good. He got stuff sorted, very quick in coming back to me.

All good. I did have to take it back as there was a minor issue with the seat but that got sorted. It was a very low mileage Qashqai, so it met all my requirements. Very efficient on the day.

I was looking on Autotrader and spotted them from there. I also had a lot of people report they had a good experience, so I thought id go with them with a bit of luxury. I am trying to tell others the good experience I’ve had with car time and recommended them to anyone who’s searching for a car. It just fell like there was no messing about and there was no hassle with staff. They were great!

On the whole, it’s been good on the joint so far. No complaints other than the tire pressure but that’s an easy fix. Mohammad who I dealt with was nice and was helpful so it was a good enough experience.

I live locally so went car shopping and checked online. CarTIme had an MG with good mileage so I went for a test drive. The car drives well but I noticed that the steering casing has been opened but not properly secured back in place so I will need to check that out hence the rating. However, the whole process was nice and the salesperson was alright, he made sure I bought the car.

Lovely customer service Gareth answered all of my question for me, it’s been great the Ford is fine I’ve had a couple of issues with the screen wash, but they sorted it for me and paid for it all, but it had stopped working so I might need to take it back to the garage. Five stars 😊
