Towards the end of the last month I bought my Mercedes from Chrome Motors. The car is great, I've had no problems with it at all. Dan and Natalie were helpful, they did ask me if I wanted a test drive but I did not feel this was necessary. I've driven Mercedes before so I know what they handle like and they also let me give the car a tougher inspection.

Really happy, no faults so far with my Peugeot 308 GT. Natalie was my main point of contact at the dealership. I was searching on Auto Trader which put me through to the AA website where I found my car. I requested a call back and Natalie got back to me promptly. The car was delivered on time and arrived in immaculate condition. For the overall experience I would rate them a 5.

I purchased the Ford from Chrome Motors Ltd for one of my children, and because it was their first car, it was important to me that everything went according to plan. I’m happy to say they are over the moon with it. Danny initially looked after me, and then Natalie took over during the handover. Both went above and beyond, I only wish more dealerships operated with the same level of care and professionalism.
