As far as the dealership goes, I didn’t have any issues with Concept Car Credit. Everything was very straightforward, the time scale they gave me was met every time. I've had a couple issues with the Nissan, just had them diagnose and now I just need to send off the paperwork to the warranty company. There was a small paint defect on the Juke, I spoke to them on delivery and they said they will have it fixed at their own expense, I just need to get the car booked in for at time that works for me. Finance was really easy to sort out.

I absolutely love my Nissan Qashqai from Concepts Car Credit. It’s taken a bit of getting used to, as it’s a much bigger car than what I had before, but I really do love it. I wanted something bigger that was easier to get in and out of, and this has been perfect for that. When I first applied, they showed me a couple of options, and I just knew this was the one I liked. The team were brilliant. Rebecca supported me no end and got everything moving much quicker, especially with my situation, which I really appreciated. Without that help, I probably would have still been in the process now.

The service I received was great and it was all sorted out in one day, it did feel it was a bit rushed but he was very efficient, quick and easy. It was just such good service with ringing, facetiming and helping me through all the finance as Concept Car Credit gave me the best rate. He couldn’t have done much more for me.

Very happy with my new Seat Arona. Gaz was very good, very helpful and he sorted the car out for me really quickly. I thought I might have some issues, but he sorted it for me within a day and I got the car the next day. I’ve purchased a car from Concept Car Credit before, and I would definitely recommend them.

Keiran was brilliant, we had both gone through similar life events, so we got on through that. I did want something bigger, but the Nissan is fine it was a great bargain. I will say that the aftersales team wasn’t as good. I felt like he really didn’t seem interested. But apart from that the cars were spotless and looked clean likes it’s been looked after. It was a straightforward process and seamless. Four stars just because of the aftersales team I think they are great I will recommend them to others.

My experience was good, Kieran was good he sorted out the car for me and what stood out to me is the fact of how they wanted it to be done as well. No issues with the service so can’t really say much more!
