Communication over the phone with the dealership was fine. I didn’t go to the dealership, as the car was delivered to me. The only thing was that they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. I wanted a decent sized car and when I was told it was a Nissan Qashqai, I didn’t realise there were three different types. I expected the bigger one but received a smaller one. This was down to buying online and not visiting the dealership in person. I would recommend Concept Car Credit and give them a 4 star rating.

It was a great service from start to finish. Jamie helped me find a car, called me and the same day I signed a contract. I had been declined elsewhere so I had little hope. He helped me find a car fit for my family with two small children as I needed a big boot space. The aftercare was great too! Any help/support needed was only a call away. Friendly, efficient team.
