I recently bought my first electric car from Drive Green. Although a few years old, it is in immaculate condition with a battery certified at 96%. From initial enquiry to actual purchase the process of buying the car was made as straightforward as possible by the knowledgeable and helpful staff,

Since I purchased everything has been great, i don't have any complaints it has been exactly as described. I picked it up in person a couple of days after initially going to view. It was ready for when I wanted it. Reece the salesman I dealt with was very helpful, I had a look at a few different vehicles and he took the time to talk me through each one and the differences in the models. It has been a very nice experience using drive green.

We had read the reviews and checked out the dealership prior to making the 5 hour journey from Swansea. When we got the the dealership it was busy, we took the car for a test drive and had already prepaid for it before arrival. Because we were comfortable with the dealership. When we got it home there was a few niggly but very minor things I did expect with a second hand car. The main issue was that the USB port was broken, which meant we couldn't charge phones, get apple play, sat nav or any other of the computer systems to work. We took it to Hyundai who said it is because of it being broken you can't update the brains of the car and that has not updated since 2022 and that is why we can't get anything to work. It cost us £350 to get fixed, it is something we didn't think to check while test driving, so we'd defiantly advise people to do that. We did let drive green know but never got a response which was disappointing as the initial buying process was really good, when we went down it was fine, the car itself is now fine it was just an aftersales issue. For that reason we would rate a 3.5/5.

This is the 3rd time we have bought from Drive Green, as they are a brilliant dealership, and on all 3 occasions it has been a straightforward process, and we would return to them for the 4th time without question.

Ever since the purchase, the Kia Niro has not had any issues, they were a pleasure to deal with at Drive Green. I have already said to family and friends that are thinking of getting an electric car that they should visit Drive Green.

I came across Drive Green whilst looking online for a Kia Soul. The car has been great, and so was the service.

Drive Green were excellent throughout the process, my new VW ID.3 is easy to drive. Definitely 5 stars.
