The buying experience of the Range Rover Velar was very good. It would have been a 5 star experience, although an appointment I had arranged got cancelled, so for that reason I'd give it 4 stars.

I've been getting on well with the Mercedes X-Class, and the experience was good, the only issue is I'm still waiting for the V5. Although they have said it can take 4-6 weeks to wait to put my private plate on, I'd still rate a 5 stars.

I wanted an upgrade and was specifically looking for the Mercedes. I had the car delivered, so all the buying process was done over the phone. When the car was delivered, it was perfect, all as delivered. The people I spoke to on the phone were all well spoken and helpful.

I haven't been getting on not too badly with my new Ford Mustang. I've had a few issues I've had to take back to the dealership to get resolved, although they have been helpful, and I received good service on the day, so I would still recommend it and would give it a 4-star rating.

I bought the Volkswagen T-Cross for my wife. We were looking for the T-Cross up north but had no luck finding one. We then saw one advertised at Essex Prestige, which is local to us. I am still getting used to all the technology, as I am old school, but it is a lovely car to drive. We rang Essex Prestige, arranged a viewing, and then my wife went for a drive around, and we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We would definitely return to Essex Prestige when we are ready for another car.

The Range Rover Sport was for my brother. Although I drove it yesterday and it seems to be driving nicely, I went to the dealership, and I've been to some bad dealerships in the past, and Essex Prestige is not one of them. They are good down there, the documentation was straightforward and the process was easy.

My previous car was getting a bit old and worn, I was looking for something a bit more fun. I was specifically looking for the Hyundai. All of my questions were answered, so all good on that front. Happy with the Hyundai

This is my first electric car. The wife was not convinced, but she is now. I was looking on YouTube at the Teslas and then found the one advertised at Essex Prestige with the body kit on, which definitely stands out from the standard Teslas. The customer service was good, also 5 out of 5.

Essex Prestige helped me resolve a few issues I had with the Mercedes X-Class, and since then it has been running well. I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience and would score it 4.
