I got the Citroen C1 from Hollins Hill, it’s my first car and Richard was really good. He didn't pressure us or anything, let us go have a test drive and put it us at ease. Being the first car its quite stressful and worrying but I'm very happy with the service I'd definitely go back. The only issue I've got is with the rear wiper it seems to make a squeaking noise and I'm not sure what it is but other than that its fine. We were looking online and found this one to be the best within reasonably driving distance, then looked into Hollins Hill and all the feedback was positive and felt genuine. I think Richard realised I was a little nervous, so he didn't sit in with me of the test he let me take the car down the road on my own. It felt really nice that he wasn't doing a hard sell, which I've heard may not be the case with bigger dealerships. Actually, we bought the car the same day we viewed it because he didn't pressure us. He explained the finance all the finance situation too because I wasn't sure how it all worked and the rates were some the best on the market, he clearly uses them because there good at what they do.

No Problems at all, its great. We had sold our Freelander, and it was about 12 years old, so it was time for an upgrade. I only live round the corner for Hollins Hill and saw it advertised and when we went down to look at it, it ticked all the boxes. We have bought two cars from them in the past, so I know them fairly well. Richard is just really honest, friendly, genuine guy and been around for years so you can trust them!

My Mazda is lovely, its very nice. We bought my mum’s car from there, which is the reason I went to Hollins Hill. I’m a taxi driver and my old car was rented so needed so needed a new to buy something new and the guys just made it all simple, was a really straight forward transaction.

It’s all going tickety-boo, the car needed an oil change which they very kindly did for me yesterday, it hadn't come up with a warning when they sold the car, but it came up about 3 days later so they swapped the oil over. Richard in there is very friendly, helpful, I think Dans the other chap if I’ve got the names right. The car’s running fine, I don’t understand all the functions yet but that’s my problem. My last car was 24 years old, there’s things on this car that didn’t exist when I bought my golf in 2001. I saw this T Cross in forecourt and heard good things about Hollins Hill being a reliable friendly garage with a good reputation so thought, why not. I know people that know the garage saying you won’t go wrong with them. Plus, it’s handy for me being only an hours walk away so if something goes wrong, I can take it down and walk home again. Richard just made it all easy with no problems I paid by cheque, waited for it to clear then got the car. I feel like I’ve known him for years and I’ve only met him twice, he’s a nice easy going chap I feel I can trust. He’s not my image of a car salesman he just wants to make sure I get the right car for me!
