I dealt with Jay and another gentleman and they were both more than helpful. I'd say I had a very good experience all in all. The only issue I've had is that the USB in the centre console does not work and I'm currently in the process of getting it resolved through the dealership.

I saw this dealer on social media and went down to check what cars they had. Upon arrival the place was very very clean, presented well and greeted with really good service. I financed the car and everything was sorted out quickly, I then went down to collect the car and the person that assisted me was quite good, I can't remember his name however, I would return in the future and recommend them on as people have been asking me where I got the car. I'd give them a 5.

Everything is all good with my Hyundai, my friend bought a car from JP Motors so he recommended me. Instead of me going to to do a test day they delivered the car, which all went smoothly and the driver was nice. The car was presented well when it arrived too all good, my contact in JP gave me a good service with good communication throughout I don't have anything bad to say right now

All the staff at JP were lovely with me, especially Jay who made it all quick and easy. My finance all went through and then literally within the next day got my Fiesta delivered to Birmingham this all went smoothly. Since having the car, there has been a funny noise coming from the breaks, but once I spoke to Jay he said to get it diagnosed and call him back, he was happy to help. Just because of the possible issue with the breaks, I can't score full marks.
