Kelly at Karl Smith Car Sales was so accommodating, this was my first time financing a vehicle so it was great to have the reassurance from her, she got it done quickly for me too. My transit has turned out to be a lovely little runner with no issues.

Bought a Nissan Juke from Karl Smith Car Sales and while there were a few little niggles they have been fixed. The man who booked in my repair got me in very quickly. My mechanic that fixed my handbrake looked round the car and said it was all good. Kelly who looked after me was lovely and provided good customer service.

I spoke to Alex at first who put me through to Kelly, both of them were both of them were amazing, My little Clio is working and running well its perfect. The car was valeted and cleaned well when collected, couldn't fault them.

The service from the dealership was all good, they had good communication and the car was well presented when I went to pick it up after finding it on Autotrader.

Karl Smiths is a 2 minute walk way from me which made it handy. I cant remember her name but Kelly or Kerry was absolutely fantastic as was her service, I manged to get the finance sorted quickly by bugging the life out them that made her laugh. I've done about 1000 miles over Christmas, its running great.

My Peugeot Boxer is doing its job for my work, everything went well with the dealership the customer service was all good. There was a slight delay on getting the finance sorted, with this in mind I do have quick question that I will ask them about. Even though it was my first time using them I would return in the future.

Purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from here, had no issues with it so far. The service was all fine, the staff were nothing but helpful throughout the purchase. Would have to rate them a 5 out of 5 and recommend them.

I would give a rating on my experience a 4 - it was a simple experience to buy the car and assured car was in good condition

Got a Jaguar XF, I actually haven't driven it to much as of yet, but it is a great car, couldn't be happier with it. I didn't deal with Karl Smith to much as I went through referral to get the car. However when I arrived to pick it up, there was a young lad who was very polite, showed me around the car quickly and off I went. Very much a in and out fast interaction. The car was already prepared and cleaned for when I arrived which was appreciated. Would rate that experience 5 star.
