I found the Mercedes C-Class advertised on Autotrader. I wasn't specifically looking for the C-Class, but when I arrived at Motor Trust and I liked it. I can't remember the salesman's name, I think it was Mark although Everyone who I spoke to was helpful.

I was looking for the polo specifically when I came across the motortrust advert online, I was pleased with it when I saw it, everything was as described in the advert. Ben who I dealt with made it a quick process and had everything done for when I wanted it. He was friendly and offered me a drink. I wasn't waiting around it was a quick process I would rate it a 5/5.

However some features that I specifically asked about and was told the car had I've now discovered are not on this model ie adaptive cruise / cross traffic alert and blind spot indicators in the door mirrors so not best pleased about that as my previous car had all of these , it does feel like i've downgraded rather than upgraded !

I felt it was a very easy process with them. I’ve been looking for a Mini for awhile and it took me 4 months to find one with the specific specifications from MotorTrust. I don’t believe they did an AA check as I had to put oil in a week after I bought it, but overall no issues at all, absolutely brilliant customer service they even put some petrol in for me!

The jaguar we brought from MotorTrust has been really good! I’ve been looking for one for awhile with the right spec and I needed a new car since I do a lot of mileage, driving from Manchester back every day. Being quite local to me, it was the most ideal choice. I am still waiting on a part for it after contacting them but its nothing major. Overall I am mostly satisfied, Kork who dealt with me throughout the process was really good.

Ben was an excellent and was patient with my 3 year old daughter when we were doing the paperwork. There was an issue with the battery and this was resolved and the tyres needed replacing and this was resolved quickly too. The only downside is the lifetime shine. This was just some heavy wax that came off on its first wash. Overall though, simple, straightforward purchase and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

When I went to view initially I wasn't able to test drive or look in the car as they couldn't find they key. We arranged for me to come back a second time when they found it. I requested that when I return that the car be ready to go the same day if I want it so I didn't have to make a third journey. Everything was prepared and ready like I had requested. I took it for a test drive and was happy. I didn't feel rushed into it, I was allowed to take my time. Since having the vehicle everything has been fine, I use it daily for work and commuting and not had one problem. Rating 4 stars as it was inconvicent the first time I went but everything got sorted in the end.

Cars all going well, we actually purchased this car to sell on as we are a car dealership is southern Ireland, Its still in stock we haven't done anything with yet, just had it cleaned up after being in transport. It was priced so well that we knew we could make a turn out of it on our end once imported. We dealt with Kork, he even got back to us on his days off, I couldn't fault him to be fair.

Just got my first car and it’s going well, the only issue I had with the Polo was my reversing light which I've had fixed, I'm just waiting for them to pay me back as agreed with the salesman. MotorTrust was the cheapest around. The whole experience was very simple and quick.

Decent setup at Motor Trust, it wasn't overcrowded, and the staff were friendly and helpful, i thought that stood out. We had a problem with the demister on the windscreen, which motor trust helped us get it resolved which was good. We are going to go back to them in a few months to see if they have any other cars we are interested in.
