The Evoque is getting on alright. When I went down to Motortrust to have a look at the cars at the dealership I found the grey Evoque. I’ve just had something start hanging off the bottom of it and the lights have stopped working, I haven’t had a chance to raise it to the Motortrust. Connor was very nice, helpful during the sales process, the car wasn’t ready for the when I wanted it however the communication during the whole process was great.

We were looking for a specific spec of the Discovery with the 22” wheels, color and etcetera. We found that Motortrust Lancaster had the exact one in stock. Connor was very good, he made the whole process effortless.

I’ve done about 400 miles since I brought the Evoque about 10 days ago, the cars have been driving really well. I was looking for something a bit higher than my Peugeot to help with my back while still being able to fit on my drive with my wife’s car. Ben was quite good, when I’ll be back on the market for another car I will definitely have a look around at what they have to offer. They’ve got a good amount of cars on the forecourt and on the website!

I found the Golf on Autotrader when looking around for something automatic, the Golf ended up standing out to me due to how much of a nice car it was for the price. Chad was the salesperson I dealt with and he was amazing! I would definitely recommend Motortrust to others!

Motortrust Lancaster is very local to me. Louis was really good on the day, the whole process went fine and I’d recommend people ask to speak with him. The dealership lot was nice however it was a bit cramped with cars.

I booked a viewing over the phone the next day before, but got held up, no worries at all when I did turn up, still able to take it for a test drive and Louis made it seem like he had all the time to answer questions about driving a hybrid and an automatic, both of which were new to me. Very clear communication about all aspects of the finance process and I am really pleased with the purchase.

Five star experience

I’ve been with Motortrust Lancaster a couple of times now., I’ve had a Discovery from them before that my son brought off me. I’ve gone back to Motortrust to get the Jaguar F-Pace as driven Jaguars for years and I like them. Carl was very good, I’ve dealt with Connor before and he was good as well and the Manager Greg is a lovely fella.

Really pleased with the car, I’ve wanted an S3 for a while. The finance company I used and they recommended me to Motor Trust Lancaster so I went down to them. The salesman was absolute pleasure to deal with. Carl was a very nice guy, he was great. He let me have a test drive and was courteous. The car was ready on the day they said it would be and everything was bang on. It was cleaned to a good standard and everything was easy & straightforward.
