The guys at the Trade Centre in Preston were nice. I am still waiting to receive the MOT paperwork as I initially got the paperwork for the wrong car. I had a bit of an issue getting my old car paid out but it was paid out on the last day. Otherwise, I have no complaints as everyone was lovely.

The Nissan Qashqai had a couple of problems on purchase, as the engine management light was on, the start-stop was off, and there was a delay in steering. The issues have been resolved now. I was nervous initially however, the communication from the management during the process was reassuring. When I went to collect the car I had to wait around a bit as they were still valeting the car. During the trade-in process, I was quoted a bit lower than expected however, they explained the reason behind the price, and we proceeded with the deal. Overall, I am happy with how everything went and the overall experience. They were really understanding about the issue with the car and were more than cooperative to reimburse me for the issue with the car.

The Peugeot 3008 is ok, the only bit that went a bit bad was when I checked, and the vehicle came back with outstanding finance. I have contacted the dealership regarding it, and they claimed to have it sorted now. The experience was a bit wild, but unlike the other dealership I went to, Wayne was a lovely bloke.

I was looking at cars on Autotrader and saw the Vauxhall Astra and went through the process online, and went in to collect it in person. The car was all prepped for me. If I’m looking for another car in the future ill have a look at coming back.

The process at the Northwest Trade Centre in Preston was good. About a week after owning the car, some lights came for a while on the dashboard regarding the ABS and then went off. Abdul was great, and everything during the sale was set up perfectly!

I’ve had no issues whatsoever. When I came down to test driving the car, the service from Nathan was excellent. I went to look at a couple of cars at the Trade Centre in Preston and ended up picking the Citroen C3 as it was only 4 years old.

All of the service was really good. The Fiat 500C came, and everything was sorted. Wayne was great.

The sales process at the Trade Centre in Preston was fine. I have noticed some small issues with the car as the driver’s side seat slider is a bit loose, it still locks, but there's a small bit of movement. Other than that everything was all fine and cool.

I'm really really happy with the service, and I'm really happy with C5 Aircross. I arrived at the Trade Centre without any idea what I wanted and Chris was brilliant. He really listened to me and looked around with me and found the C5 Aircross, which ended up being the perfect car. I have already recommended the Preston dealership to my friend who is looking for a car.

Bought a grandland a few weeks ago from here Excellant service from start to finish . Wayne was the salesman and he was fabulous nothing was to much for him will definately go back for our nxt car
