The gentleman Kye was great he answered all of my questions no complaints it was all fine, their service too was fine. Just in general I am happy with everything the service went above and beyond five stars!

My experience wasn’t the best, it was quite efficient when I traded it in, I looked at the car, and they were good with that in terms with experience aftersales it wasn’t the best. The engine light came on, and I had to travel back and wait four hours, and the lady did offer to drop me off, but it was just slow. Three stars just because of these issues. But the efficiency and being able to view and test drive and take it home on the same day is good.

Very good, very helpful. We were there most of the day and the service was excellent I got the car for my daughter, and she is okay with it. I was having a look online and seen they had rewards and they were a driveable distance and seemed reputable with a nice range of fairly good cars. Patient and helpful all the way really definitely five stars give it the best!

Five stars! Honestly the way I was treated was really well and pretty causal too. I love the Skoda it is driving really well I actually got a car from Ponko before, and I felt very inclined to go back. 👍

It was pretty good I would say, I walked away with a car on the second visit 😊 I didn’t feel rushed at all, the customer service was really good and flexible I booked to come in the night before and the guys spent overtime with me, and I didn’t feel rushed at all! Allowed me to take my time and didn’t make me feel pressured. I will also add that the test drive route was good it gave me a good chance to test out the car so five stars why not!

I found the dealership through Auto Trader while I was looking at BMWs in general, mainly 3 Series and 4 Series models. When I visited, everything went smoothly and the experience was all good. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was helpful. Overall, I can’t fault the experience and would rate it five stars.

I was looking for a family car, as I recently had a baby. I needed something within budget so I wasn’t paying any monthly payments, so I bought the Audi Q5 cash. I did have a couple of small issues early on, but I took the car back under the warranty, and they were helpful in getting everything sorted, which I appreciated. When I visited the dealership, they were quite busy at the time, so it took a little while to get seen, but I wasn’t in a rush, so it wasn’t a problem. Once I was speaking with them, everyone was really nice. The Audi Q5 has been running well since.

I bought 2 cars from Ponko a Mercedes SLK and a Vauxhall Astra. The experience at the dealership was very good. The team were friendly, efficient, and happy to let me try out different cars. I did return the Mercedes, I dealt with a few different people while I was there, and everyone was helpful. The only issue I’ve had has been with trying to get a tax refund on one of the cars. I’m still waiting for that to be sorted. I’d rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

The Audi 3 has been fine since I got it, I actually found the dealership online. We weren’t originally looking for an Audi A3, but the vehicle we had in mind wasn’t available when we arrived, so we ended up going with this one instead.
