The Audi A3 has been good, I've had no problems. It did take longer than expected for the completion of the deal to be finalised, which I think was down to an issue with the finance company, although Thomas the salesman was helpful, so that was a positive.

I was unhappy with my current car at the time, which was a Lexus hybrid. It was only designed to do one mile on the self generating battery. I felt disconnected driving it due to the type of gearbox it had. I've had many Mercedes and Jaguars over the years. I was specifically looking for a Mercedes CLA on Auto Trader when I came across one advertised at Prestige Cars. When I arrived it was a nice place. They definitely specialise in the prestige cars of the marketplace, so I was happy to be there. I did feel at times it was a little bit pushy regarding going through HP and some additional services they offer but I was already set on paying for the car outright. I would still give it 5 stars because I came away with the car I wanted, and it is working well.

We found the BMW on Auto Trader, contacted the dealership and did the buying process over the phone. We then paid for delivery, as we are in the Midlands. Once the car was delivered, it was all as described. There were a few lapses in communication at times, but other than that, it was good.

My experience at Prestige Cars Kent was good overall. I had to chase a reimbursement but got it all sorted in the end and am happy with the Cupra Formentor.

I previously had a Range Rover Velar, my new insurance quote came in, so I've decided to downgrade to a BMW 3 Series petrol, which is still a great car. Connor on the day was good, he answered all my questions. The only thing I would have hoped for differently is that I didn't get to go on a test drive, although I have driven these cars before and knew that I wanted it, so based on that, I'd give my overall experience a 4-star rating.

The purchase process was generally good, and the sales team were friendly and helpful, dealing with any queries I had. However, the car was not properly prepared on collection and was quite dirty inside, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is room for improvement. I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Everything has been all good no issues. the service was great, the staff were welcoming and nice which I appreciated. I would give them a 5 overall.

I had a the same car prior to this one but maybe about 5 years older, so it is a great upgrade, I love the car, great to drive, couldn't fault anything about it. It is a BMW 5 Series I use it quite frequently and for work also so done about 3000 miles in it without any faults. The service I received was brilliant, really good experience, I would 100% go back in the future, not anytime soon though hopefully. And I would also recommend.

Got an electric vehicle from here, I was able to view and take home the same day. I have since done a couple of thousand miles in it and not had any issues. The customer service side of things were good, I found them to be efficient. My only critic is with it being an electric vehicle I would have liked it to have more charge than it did when I picked it up and think it is something the dealership could be mindful of. Other than that I pleased with how everything went and would rate my overall experience a 4 out of 5 stars.
