Buying the Ford Transit Connect from Time Motors was all as expected, with no issues, and the process was easy, so there's no reason not to give it 5 out of 5.

I would rate your service as 5 but the fuel level was extremely low

I appreciated the lack of heavy selling - we were given the keys to carry out a test drive unaccompanied. I've never experienced this before. We negotiated a great deal and everything promised was delivered. Really lovely discussing the deal over a cup of tea in proper china not polystyrene! And the 6 months' warranty really demonstrates faith in the vehicle - reassurance enhanced by having a full service with timing chain change included. A really great experience and the van drives so well.

I went down to Time Motors and Ed was really good he made us a cup of tea and was amazing throughout the whole process. The BMW is lovely. Overall, it was really good. Five stars.

I'd definitely recommend Time Motors to others who are looking to buy a vehicle. I went to a different dealership to look around, and it just didn't feel right. When I went to Time Motors, I spoke to a few of the salesmen, and they were professional, and overall, I had a really good experience. 10 out of 10.

I had a few minor issues when I first bought the van. Once I got in contact with the dealership, they were extremely quick and accommodating, especially during the time of year. Van is now running well.

I dealt with Zed on the day, and he was really helpful, and the van I bought has been running well. I'd give my experience a 4-star rating, the only thing was I would have hoped for more preparation for the van in regard to valeting.
