The Polo from Warwick Hall Cars is treating me well, the service down at the dealership was very good

Bought a car from Warwick Hall Cars about a month ago now and could not be more pleased with the service received or the car. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making sure to take the time to answer all of our queries and concerns. The selection of cars they have is vast and from what we could see, in really good condition. We made quite the journey to go and view a car we had our eye on online and it was very well worth it. Could not recommend this friendly bunch enough.

So far, my car has been reliable so far, I’ve not experienced any issues with it. I decided to purchase from Warwick Hall as they were highly rated on auto trader and the 2 years warranty that came with it was a good deal. I also found the salesperson there very relaxed and easy to deal with.

Special mention to Jamie, he is a very nice guy, probably give him a 6 out of 5 haha! The Nissan is an excellent car, and the staff were very friendly. Service was very quick on the whole.

When I raised a few concerns with the vehicle, the man I dealt with did everything he could. New brake pads got purchased and serviced the car. Additionally, the communication with them was great, kept me up to date.

My first electric car from Warwick Hall and it is brilliant. The Tesla Model 3 is a decent car for a decent price, so I was impressed with the outcome. The person I dealt with I found to be good at explaining everything to me which was useful.
