I PURCHASE A AUDI Q5 ON 23RD OF JANUARY 2019. PARKSIDE MOTORS LTD HAVE TAKEN MY OLD CAR PEUGEOT 3008 AS A PART EXCHANGE AND AGREED TO SETTLE THE FINANCE SECURED ON THE PEUGEOT 3008 (REG KS12NNW). iT'S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS AS OF 17 JUNE 2019 AND THEY HAVE YET TO SETTLE MY OLD FINANCE. DO NOT BUY THE PEUGEOT 3008 REG KS12NNW AS THE FINANCE IS NOT SETTLED ON THAT CAR.
THEY'RE NOT RETURNING MY CALLS OR EMAILS. I'M PERSUING LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST PARKSIDE MOTORS LTD AND THEIR DIRECTORS.
MY NEW FINANCE BROKERS WERE CARFINANCE247.CO.UK AND THEY'RE ALSO TRYING TO CONTACT PARKSIDE MOTORS ALSO, WITHOUT ANY LUCK.
GOKAN IS THE MANAGER AND THEY'RE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. GO TO A BIGGER CAR DEALERSHIPS AND AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS.

MERCERDES B CLASS - FY63 BFM. Until I get a refund, this car is owned by me & NOT Parkside Motors. BEWARE""
Purchased £10,000 car from Parkside Motors nearly 7 weeks ago. Driving home it had a gearbox fault. No reverse & no 1,3,5 or 7 gears. They agreed to take car back & rectify the issue. They eventually picked car up on the 01/05/19. Since then, I have been given 4 different reasons for the fault. Then told it was going to have a new gearbox!?!?!?! 4 Weeks, several excuses & missed dead lines later, I actualy got the promise of a refund. Surprise, surprise. I'm still waiting.
“They are now advertising MY car on Auto Trader.
If you are interested in this car, be warned. I was told it has been fitted with a gearbox from another vehicle. Check paperwork & who fitted the G/Box. Make sure you give it a good test drive. Make sure you check vehicle over. R/H wing mirror dosn’t de-mist & casing cracked. Front bumper is a different colour.
Hope this helps & prevents anyone else having to through what I’ve just gone through.

Parkside Motors is run by liars! I purchased a car from here I have had no end of problems with the car. Communication with the owner has been near on impossible. I would never ever ever buy from these guys again! They told so many lies about the cars history. Not to be trusted!!

Bought an Audi from Parkside Motors that I was sold to me assuring it had 4 years manufacturer warranty. Had a problem with the car and took it to Audi who have told me not only is the warranty void but the car is not safe to drive!! Terrible customer service and they won't pay for the repair will be taking legal action

Very impressed with the customer service at Parkside Motors! Polite, professional, and very knowledgeable on all their cars on the forecourt. Their was no hard sale, due to the quality of the cars, they sell themselves. All cars on the forecourt are spotlessly clean, and they even gave the I brought a wash whilst I was in the office buying it! Thanks again to Amin who served me.

The only problem I have is a few things needed to b done ie rear brake cover busted needs replacing ,radio not Working ,hole in drivers seat and brake pads need changing the dealer knows but not rushing him self but nice people I had the radio done at my own cost but still wait for him to come back to me.
