I had a lovely experience at Car Central Birmingham when buying my CRV. The staff in and around the dealership made my experience the best it could of been. The level of customer service I received was fantastic and I have nothing but brilliant thing to say about this dealership.

It was so simple and quick buying my Golf from this dealership, they were well organised and prepared so the whole operation ran like a well oiled machine. I simply can't complain, the experience was flawless. I would have to give them five stars they deserve top marks across the board.

Do you know what Harry is a good lad... considering he is a an Arsenal fan 😜 I really enjoyed how easy it was to talk to him and I felt really comfortable throughout. I am thrilled with my Captiva, it is just what I was looking for and I can't thank the team at Car Central Birmingham for all their help. When I arrived I got a warm welcome and there was no pushiness when I was looking at the car which I really liked. Other places I have been they were on my like flies... NOT GOOD! Process of buying the car was really quick and easy there isn't a thing that I would change.

Purchasing my Skoda from Car Central Birmingham has been a breeze from the get go. Based on my experience I would recommend these all day long to anybody and everybody. I was pleased I got to test drive the car at my own leisure with no one hounding me, it wasn't time restricted and when I got back there wasn't any pressure to buy the car. I will more than likely be back in the future for my next car, I can't really fault the whole experience.

Perfect... until the car was stolen in the first few days of having it... that aside, I will not let that change the opinion I have on these brilliant guys. It was a piece of cake buying the Audi A4, they went above and beyond. Oh the customer service was well and truly brilliant, I cant fault the fellas at Car Central Birmingham. I will be going back in the next few weeks to buy another car once insurance etc has been sorted out. I just wish I had more to write about the car...

I purchased my Fiesta from Car Central recently and they were so helpful, any single question I had was answered in great detail and I was never left wondering what was happening. The Fiesta is good as new, driving well, no issues after the sale. The condition of the car is brilliant, spotless inside and out. All members of staff made them self useful where they could. A great level of customer service.
