Just a none-fault service provided by Ben at Lease Cars Direct. Having not bought an ex-lease car before, I wasn't sure exactly how the car would look or if it would be mechanically sound, but on viewing the BMW 5 Series and having the test drive, my mind was soon put at ease. The BMW is truly a stunner; the car was exactly as described, and for driving experience, it truly is just something else. I couldn't have really asked for anything more. Just a very happy customer. 

I just wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving the review, but the car is running perfectly with no issues from me. It's honestly great to see a young dealer doing what he is able to do to give him his dues. He was very knowledgeable and gave me loads of information in regards to how to charge the Tesla, how to charge, range, etc. Even though I have had one previously, it was great to see him making sure I had all the information needed. It is safe to say I would come back and buy another car from him. 

I just wanted to leave a quick review, just saying how brilliant the customer service from Ben was after spotting a Volkswagen Sharan on Ebay. At such a great price, we had to get in contact with the dealer. We spoke to Ben and had arranged a time to go and view the car. The location was super easy to find, just off the A147 in North Cove, and the car was exactly as described and looked great. The car is still driving great, and I would highly recommend Lease Cars Direct to anyone looking to buy a quality used car. 5 stars.
