Aidan really looked after us, and the Vauxhall Adam has been great. I would rate my experience as 3.5 stars only because I went in with cash and was hoping to negotiate, but they weren’t willing to which was a shame. If you don't ask, you'll never know.

Everything was brilliant. I'm enjoying the car, it's all good. I'd happily recommend them.

It was a fair experience overall. There were a few small jobs I’d asked to have done before collection but the paint chips on the bonnet and a dent weren’t fully sorted when I picked the car up which was a little disappointing. However, the team did refund me £100 as a goodwill gesture which I appreciated. The salesperson was relaxed and I liked the fact he gave me time and space to look around the car at my own pace.

Ben was very helpful and made the process nice and easy.

Brilliant experience. I did the deal with Aidan it was incredibly smooth, any queries he was easy to get hold of and always got back to me in good time. The car has been perfect, too. I'd give them 5 stars.

So far so good, Nathan was great to deal with. It was very much an in and out deal, no messing about. I am happy with how everything went so five stars from me.

I travelled down from Scotland to collect the car. It was originally arranged for me to come down on the Sunday. However, something came up so I asked if I could come on the Saturday instead. Ben was really helpful and agreed to this. He explained that the car was due to be valeted for me on the Sunday, but if I still wanted to collect it on Saturday that was fine. He went out of his way and cleaned the car himself for me, which was really appreciated. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was great from start to finish. I am pleased with my new BMW and have had no faults. Would definitely recommend.

The car I bought is great, and I’m really enjoying it. The only issue I had when I picked it up was that there was no fuel in it at all, but other than that, the car has been excellent. The team at MotorTrust were really good to deal with.
