Applied for finance on their website, I got a call back 20 mins later saying I’ve been accepted. Done all the paperwork with the finance company and went to collect the car the next day. Process was smooth, fast and hassle free. I would personally recommend this dealership

Visited this dealership to explore our options as we had a set budget and weren't quite sure what we wanted. The guys were friendly and helped us have a look around all the cars and took 1 for a test drive. Offices have plenty of ppe for customers as well

I’ve been looking to buy my dream c63 for a while now and I’ve come across the one on car firms website. Booked an appointment to go see the same day. Test drive was awesome, sales guy was sound and sorted me out with a good deal on paint protection. They applied it while I went to go grab some food and when I went back the car was looking amazing

Went to see a car without an appointment, turns out they were very busy but they were still very welcoming and managed to show us the car, paperwork and took us out for a test drive. It was a good little car and no probs at all. I was impressed by the service and the car

Sent an enquiry, had a response very quickly. The car was available and I booked an appointment to go see it. Staff were accommodating and so helpful. Nice to go to a dealership where you're not being pressured

Bought an Audi A5 from here and discovered a problem with it after purchase that I have found was identified in 2019. Told they will not cover cost of repairs and after sales customer service so far unresponsive. Hope to get this resolved soon as it is a real let down for the garage.
