From my initial enquiry about my Mondeo Ben was fantastic, always took the time to respond promptly and positively throughout our correspondence all the way to finalising the deal. Nothing too much trouble, always ready to help & assist, even advising me who to go to for a decent trade in price for my part ex. A credit to the industry. I will definitely look to Ben in the future when the time comes to change cars.

I purchased a VW Tiguan from Lease Cars Direct Ltd today and must say that I found Ben an extremely helpful and honest guy ( even collected me from Train station) The car was exactly as Ben had described and the purchase straight forward. He even texted me later that evening to ask how the drive home was,Excellent service

Very well maintained Volvo I purchased from this company
To be fair to them they were extremely quick with getting the car ready for collection worked a lot faster then expected, the car was immaculate inside and perfectly described, with all the relevant paperwork and documents including any work done as they advertised , the price was to good not to take the car of the hands
Very good company , so far extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased even when the extra step and made sure I had the fuel to do the 230miles back homes absolutely outstanding great customer services to easy to contact , easy to have question answered and in good sufficient time, very polite and well spoken very friendly service 10/10

I contacted Ben on the Friday about a car he was selling. He responded straight away and we sorted a time I could go and view on Saturday morning. Easy to find from the directions and the car was even more than I could have hoped for. Spotless/faultless inside and out. I bought it there and then. Top quality service would highly recommend

Ben and is team great customer service had a problem with my weather seal on rear door letting in a bit of water 4 weeks after I purchased the car rang Ben explained the problem told him how much i been quoted he told me to buy one and he would refund the money into my bank account on proof of purchase. He kept to his word emailed receipt got refund that day A++++ top service
