I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ben and i cannot express how satisfied i am with the entire process.Fantastic service throughout.Ben was easy to talk to and i did not feel rushed to make the purchase. Recently purchased our 3rd FORD MONDEO from this small company, Faultless. honest and always the cheapest in the UK. He sells high mileage well maintained cars. Cutthroat approach but has a very good business model. In my opinion is very fair compared to majority of car dealers. 🤩

If you are going buy a car from these guys, make sure you take a good mechanic to conduct all the checks yourself. Don't trust their word or their checklist. Also, invest some time reading their Terms and Conditions before you go.

Sorry you are not happy with the vehicle, we've looked into the email's a £500 discount was applied, the noise from the Aux belt was present at the point of sale although we did not know what or where the noise was and it was not overwhelming. You continued and wanted to purchase, You declined our warranty but insist we find you a garage locally and cover the costs. Sorry but we sell "USED" cars, they are amazing value for money. As previously stated if you had paid the asking price and purchased a warranty package the outcome would be very different. we would have more than likely made a substantial contribution. You indeed wanted to get the cheapest possible vehicle and expect it to be of rolls Royce quality. We replaced a wheel bearing an a brake calliper prior to sale and the vehicle passed our checks. Realistic buyers will appreciate the review and my response Thank you.
One of the easiest car purchases that I’ve had, very helpful and great communication throughout. Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to others.
