I never actually went to the garage as I live in Scotland and must admit originally was slightly apprehensive about buying without seeing the car and trading in my existing car. But I was worring over nothing the details online and the video of the car that Alan sent was exactly what was delivered to me and they even collected my trade in car at the same time. Really happy and impressed with the service provided, the guys were helpful and accommodating, the car was delivered to us (we are 300 miles away), the delivery was really handy as we found what we wanted but would have struggled to get the car if it wasn't delivered. I need to contact the garage as a paint job has been done, but I would like this re-doing, I'm sure the guys at Phantom will be accommodating and helpful. I would buy from these again no problem.

My husband and I found a very nice looking X5 at Phantom Motor Company, we called and arranged to view the car, and it was exactly as described and looked in great condition, Russ really looked after us, he was great, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. There was a slight delay with getting our private reg on the X5, when we part exchanged the documents weren't updated. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable. I would happily buy from Phantom again.

We bought a Discovery for my Wife, she absolutely loves it. Running and driving very well, with no issues. I was happy with the customer service levels too, the staff were great, really helpful and polite. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and recommending to others.

Amazing! From start to finish, just an amazing experience. Friendly and helpful and definitely accommodating. I noticed a light on the dashboard pop up, I didn't know what it was, I was passing by Phantom so I nipped in (no appointment) and they sorted it right away for me, without any issues. They were just happy to help. I'm really enjoying the Range Rover, its a huge upgrade from my previous car, and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again.
