The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was a little bit of confusion when it came to the paperwork. I was told that the car was ready to go when I arrived, but for some reason they thought I was over 21, which caused some delays and resulted in me being at the dealership for 6 hours. I drove away from Cartime happy because I got the car I wanted, but it did let the experience down.

Great experience, everything was smooth and fast, it was my first car and I will recommend you to all my friends

They let me look around the car myself in my own time and they gave me all the details that I needed. The whole process took half an hour when I picked the car up, it was really good. I don't think they could improve anything to be honest they were great.

l bought a mini and it is lovely, so happy with it. I was looked after superbly, With everything sorted out so I could drive away there and then ,car is spotless and even had a valet before I left. I award a 5 for my experience however I have phoned twice to ask for a print out of the receipt and what I'd signed up for and paid for!! It was all done on line but I haven't the facility to down load or print it. I really need this but after asking twice and promised twice I still haven't received the paper work .

Really happy with our recent purchase from Cartime in Bury. The sales person was great, made the whole process straightforward and there's nothing I would ask them to do differently.

Overall I've had a good experience at CarTime Bury. I purchased the Toyota RAV4 and I'm happy with it, it's been a good car.

Everything has been alright with my Ford Fiesta.

Made a distant sale through Sam at Cartime who was great. They helped out with any queries I had and sent plenty of videos of the car. Overall a good service and a sale that went through smoothly.
