There's always room for improvement, but non the less I was very impressed with my visit to Pellon Motor Group. I can't remember the salesman name, but he was very patient while I was enquiring about the Ford Ranger I came down to see. There were no typical sales tactics and I was allowed to look around the car at my own leisure which was nice. A quick test drive later and I knew I'd be taking it home. Great company and I would happily recommend.

This will be the 3rd time I've bought a car from Pellon Motor Group, and the cars are always of the highest quality. I got 2 cars from here about 5 years ago and ended up part exchanging one in for my now Ford Fiesta. For the short time I've had it, the car has treated me well and I've put plenty of miles on it to make sure it was perfect. I've always felt very well looked after here and will continue to get my cars from here.

For my first time visiting this company, I don't think anything could have gone any better in my personal opinion. I travelled to see the Nissan Juke they had available and the team were amazing from the word go! There was no sort of pressure from anyone involved in the sale, which hasn't been the case at most dealerships I've been to, so I was happy about that. I asked plenty of questions on the day and not one of them got left unanswered. My car has been great for the week's I've had it and I can't complain at all.

All ticketyboo with my Fiesta from Pellon Motor Group. Customer service was bob on, very quick and friendly. Kept the whole thing simple and straightforward. Had a slight issue with the air con so that the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Pellon Motor Group is a rare find and should not be taken for granted. After finding them on AutoTrader and noticing they had a lot of cars that would be suited to us, my wife and I thought it was worth a journey, They were a little out of our way, but it was worth the drive as the staff there really looked after us. They gave us lots of space to look over the vehicles in stock and were also very trusting and let us go off for a test drive alone, we appreciated this as it gave us a feel for the car, the freedom, and the pressure attitude carried through to the paperwork, they answered all our questions, and at no point, I felt like I was being pressured into the sale. We have had our new Ford Puma for about a month now, and we love the car; it's absolutely fantastic!!!

Today marks my first good run in the car, and it surely hasn't been a disappointment. It was such a great drive and I enjoyed it so much. Thanks, Pellon Motor Group for the assistance, you were all great! After this experience, I would most likely return in the future!
