Long distance sale due to covid, car was delivered with a knocking on the breaks and crack in the window screen. Tried to contact over this but was like banging my head against a wall. Customer service is an absoloutle joke. Keep telling you the manager can’t talk or he will phone you back and they NEVER DO. They just hope you get fed up of chasing them. They actually made a joke about not getting back to me whilst on the phone. RUDE LYING SCAMMERS. AVOID

Reserved a car from their website. It was rather easy. Followed by a call and arranged finance and delivery. Very chilled out guys so you don't feel pressured and it was all a very easy and convenient process. I would recommend car firm if you're looking to get a car on finance and delivered home in a short time.

Lovely dealership. Nice clean premises with a lovely range of cars. Staff are very helpful and smartly dressed makes you feel at ease. No pushy salesman or kniving tactics like the other three places i visited.

What a wonderful place I was so impressed with the customer focus that I felt I had to write a review. However if you write anything which puts these guys in a bad light it gets rejected on the auto trade website, so here I am telling you a pack of untruths. The sale persons are so helpful they wouldn't dream of telling you that you are buying a second hand car. This was after I pointed out that the information is free for anybody to see. The sales person was adamant that the information was incorrect. I don't think DVSA make things up on the MOT history website. The sales person also wouldn't tell you to buy parts off of eBay as the car you are buying has defective components on it which they are not going to replace them before you buy it. After all it is only a second hand car you are buying as I was repeatidly reminded. The whole process was amazing I really couldn't recommend them No seriously I wouldn't recommend them!!! Sorry if this doesn't help anybody but be it on your own head if you choose to purchase from this wonderful dealership. It reminds me of Fawlty Towers, I mean when the hotelier said what do you expect to see from a Torquay window? The hanging gardens of Babylon in this version. What do you expect a new Car from a used car dealership. How I laughed when I was spoken to like a child as he told me it’s a used car!!! I am disgusted with how the sales person spoke to me and to keep reminding me I was buying a used car was a joke. I would like to say the people you speak to and try to sell cars to provide you with a living you would do well to remeber that. Your manager has been emailed and told about our conversation and he hasn't even bothered to contact me to find out what happened. So in my opinion this dealership is not interested in their customer focus or how the customer is treated. Very poor and unprofessional conduct.
