Ben’s communication and service was outstanding! This was the 2nd biggest investment in my life (1st being my mortgage). All my previous vehicles cost me under £3k and were 10+ years old. I had loads of questions and request before viewing. He politely answered all my questions and was very transparent with everything. He was very accommodating with my timescales as I needed to be sure it was the right car for me before I went to view as it was a 340mile round trip! I turned up, he showed me the car, I drove it. I paid the deposit once viewed, received a receipt/invoice according and agreed for the vehicle to be delivered. I then went home and paid the remaining full amount…. Slightly nervous as I wasn’t in possession of the vehicle at this point in time with the promise of delivery in a weeks time. There was always the slight “what if I’ve been conned?”…….. thoughts going through my head. Needless to say, they were all unjustified. As promised, the vehicle was delivered as agreed in exactly the same condition it was viewed. I am extremely satisfied and the proud owner of a 6 year old VW Passat. I wouldn’t hesitate to to recommend Ben and his firm Lease Cars Direct LTD to anyone of my friends or indeed anyone looking for a vehicle.

I was very impressed by my experience with Lease Cars Direct. Buying a car can be a stressful experience and you don’t always know how upfront and honest a seller will be. My biggest praise goes to Ben for his transparency, decency and responsiveness. Ben was very personable and easy to work with. The car we purchased was genuinely good value, had been looked after well, and was in a very good condition. The process was quick and any questions I had were quickly and competently answered by Ben. Even unforeseen hiccups were fixed quickly and with no fuss, such as delivery of the car which fell through with the transport company. Ben delivered the car himself personally to avoid undue delay, which we really appreciated. I would buy from Lease Cars Direct again for sure and would be happy to recommend them for their service and value.
