The dealership is local to me, but it was the first time I had used them. The customer service was really good. I would definitely go back to them based off of this experience (hopefully not anytime soon)! I went for a Smart ForFour as wanted a bit of a change, I have really been enjoying it and had no issues.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend, I never had any problems the car was cleaned spotlessly anything I wanted done was done, it was a wonderful purchase process. The car itself I am very happy with, amazing vehicle.

Faultless experience really, dealt with Luke for the majority of the sale which all went well and then Kelvin was there when I signed the paperwork at the end of the deal. It was a nice and quick experience. I came across the dealership while looking on Autotrader for a Ford kuga, everything was as described and pictured as it was on the advert. I have got no complaints about it.

Jamie was amazing and the reason I say that is because he wasn't pushy or following us about. He left us to it and if we had any questions we could just go ask. He was generally happy to help. There was a few things with the vehicle that needed sorting and he got it all done for us. I was really happy with how everything went, and I think the way they work at Birchwood other dealerships should take notes! In regards to the car I am very happy with it, so much easier to drive than the car I had prior so I am pleased, Would of course rate my experience 5 stars.

I really love the car I got, I went for a Jeep and it is great, been driving it around quite a bit and had no issues. I was dealing with Luke during the sale and he was great. I felt like we were really looked after and informed throughout the whole sale. There was a missing lead which he said he will find and get sent to us, which he did, so it was nice to see that he actually followed through with what he said. It was a very nice experience thanks to him.
