I'm a returning customer. This is my third or fourth time buying a car from Birchwood Motor Centre. The customer service is always brilliant. I got a Ford Ranger from them this time, and it's been good.

Have been getting on okay with the Mg that we bought from Birchwood Motor Centre. We are going to get someone to have a look at the A/C and then contact the dealership if there is an issue. Everything on the day of the purchase was very good, and we would give it Five out of five!

I've bought from Birchwood Motor Centre a few times now. They have always been good to me, I always deal with Jamie, and he is good as gold. The Kia Sportage has been great, I have not had any issues.

Recently purchased a MG ZS. The MG has been okay no issues, Luke answered all my questions i had on the day. Happy with the car.

All good with the Vauxhall Corsa I recently purchased from Birchwood Motor Centre back in April. I was not able to buy it on the day as there was an issue with the car, although they resolved the issues and then had the car delivered to me and gave me a discount. Would recommend the dealership to others.

Me and my daughter have bought from Birchwood Motor Centre before and will be going back in the future. They’re really good, so helpful, not just the sale but the after care too! I dealt with Jamie last time and went straight back to him, he’s amazing! The whole process is just easy and straight forward, they don’t keep you waiting and call back when they say they will. Whenever anyone tells me they need a car I always tell them to go to Birchwood!

BMC had the car I was after and was nearby to me, so it flagged up and I was quite lucky in that respect. The service down on the day was good, no standing around waiting or anything like that and I was seen to quite quickly, I wasn’t part exchanging so it was a nice easy quick process. I can’t remember the salespersons name, but they were really good, friendly, easy to talk to and had the answers on everything I needed. No reason to take anything away so I’d give them a five and I’ve already recommended them to family & friends!
