From the day I bought the car, the experience at Blackstone Motors was absolutely amazing. Omar and Poya were both great. I had some issues initially, which they were helpful in getting resolved. It's a ten out of ten for me.

The team at Blackstone Motors were lovely, really approachable, and a really nice team to deal with. I'd probably use them again in the future if I were looking for another car. My new BMW M3 has been lovely to drive, I'm pleased with the car.

I did look into selling the Jeep back, but that wasn't because there was a problem with the car. It was because I was trying to get insurance on it, as it was an import. But I've since sorted the insurance, and I'm happy with the car now. Hamad the salesman was very good.

The Smart car has been perfectly fine. I was specifically looking for a Smart car and found it on Auto Trader. The customer service was also really good. I'd recommend them to others based on my experience. I did have to get the back callipers changed. I'd give my experience a four-star rating, and if it weren't for that issue, it would have been five.

When I went to the dealership, they treated us very well and were very courteous and helpful throughout the process, and the BMW X7 has been fine so far, as far as I am aware.
