I'm getting on ok with the Mercedes I bought from Cartime. Few problems with the car but its booked in under warranty. Quick process on the day, Azhar was nice. He gave us the info we needed, got full tank of petrol.

I put details into the internet because there was a certain colour and type I wanted and it popped up. We communicated over the phone which was absolutely fantastic. Shazad was really helpful, keeping me informed the whole way and then the young lad delivered it to us was absolutely spot on, so I could not fault that in any way. Shazad was helpful filling in the forms and was always ready to help and happy and for me this goes along way. Since having the car I’m alittle disappointed with the condition of the panoramic roof and will need to get it looked so gave three stars but it should be five as I was made up with way I was treated & how the process went.

We saw the car online and went along to Cartime. Michael was lovely. He was really understanding with the prices and budget, really nice, can't fault him. Other dealers hound you but Michael left us to it but was still there if we needed him. When I got car, there were a couple of scratches on the windscreen but I’m waiting on the dealership to sort them, that’s the only issue but everything else is perfect.

So smooth from start to finish. There were a couple of things not quite right on the day and they were happy to get everything sorted before collection. Really good communication, they kept me up to date with my finance application, where everything was up to and when I could go in. Lee was amazing, no pressure. Paul, who I dealt with on the day, was really lovely. He was very patient, as I had not driven an automatic before, so I would recommend CarTime based on my experience buying the MG and dealing with Paul.

I purchased a Seat Ateca from Cartime back in June. The car has been good. I flew over from Belfast to buy the car, and unfortunately, I think there was some confusion and they forgot I was going. Although once I got seen to by the salesman, the overall experience was very good, and based on that, I would still recommend the dealership to others who are looking to buy a car.
