Recently purchased a Citroën C4 from Concept Car Credit, even though I hadn’t really looked into that specific model beforehand and just went with what was available, although I'm happy with it. The person I dealt with, Fetha, was very friendly and good all the way through the process.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Omar, who I dealt with, was brilliant and really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. It was all spot on, including the car, I wasn’t specifically hunting for the BMW 2 series Gran Tourer. I needed it to have 7 seats, so that’s what led me to it, and it’s exactly what I needed. There’s plenty of space, and it’s not slow or anything, which is a bonus.

I was looking for something a bit bigger and higher up, especially as I’ve got grandchildren. I went with the Vauxhall Mokka, which suits what I need it for. Previously I had a smaller sporty car. Other than the engine management light coming on, which I have spoken to them about, and they have advised me to get diagnostics done, which I will do this week, it's been running well.

I needed something bigger quite quickly, as my previous car had broken down, and with having a daughter, the size of the car was really important. I’m definitely preferring it to my old car. It's been amazing so far. The experience at the dealership was amazing as well. Gary, who I dealt with, was lovely and really helpful throughout. It was a 5-star experience for me.

The lad I dealt with on the day was really good, to be honest, I couldn't fault him. I'm not great with names, so unfortunately I can't remember his name. As well as that, the BMW 3 Series Touring i I purchased has also been fantastic. I'd 100% recommend them to others who are looking to buy a car. I'd give it a solid 5.

I absolutely love the Audi A5 from Concept. It's been fantastic so far, no problems at all. Really happy with the process, it was all quick. I've not got a bad word to say about them.

Overall I’m really happy. Shortly after getting it, I had two engine management lights come on, so I contacted the dealership. They advised me to get in touch with a garage, which I did, and the issue was sorted with the DPF filter. I picked the car back up yesterday, and it’s all fine now. The experience at Concept itself was amazing. The person I dealt with was very helpful and made everything easy, which really stood out to me. I’d definitely use them again in the future.

The Vauxhall Astra has been brilliant. I actually came through a finance application that didn’t go through and then got a call from the dealership. There wasn’t much choice of vehicles available at the time, and I was desperate for a car for work, so I went with the Astra. It is a good car, so I’m happy with it. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and lovely. He even paid for my Uber to get to the garage, which I appreciated. The only downside was the lack of choice when it came to vehicles.

I bought an A-Class from Concepts Car Credit, and overall the experience was superb. and I had no problems at all. Gary was polite and friendly. There is an engine management light that has come on which I believe is a sensor, but I am under a 2-year warranty, so I'm going to contact them and get it sorted. Aside from that, everything is all good. I would rate it five stars.
