No problems whatsoever. The BMW 1 series has been fine, and so was the service I received whilst at Concept. Car Credit.

Overall, I do like the car. It’s clean and I’m getting on fine with it, although there are a few things I’m still getting used to and learning about as I haven’t had it that long. I’d also expected it to have things like reverse sensors, as I thought it had more features, but it doesn’t. The whole purchase was done over the phone as I’m based quite far away, so they sent me pictures and videos of the car. Communication was good, and they were helpful throughout the process. I think if I’d been able to see the car in person first, I might have picked up on a few things earlier, but overall the experience was still positive.

Purchased a Nissan Qashqai back in March and have been really enjoying the car. The salesman was really good, communication wasn't great at first, but that quickly changed. They showed me round the car and got everything sorted promptly, and it ended as a really good buying experience.

All is well with the Peugeot 3008. I was really impressed with everything at Concept Car Credit, definitely recommend.

I picked up a BMW 1 Series and it’s been good. When I first got it home, the engine management light came on, which was a bit of a concern. I took it to a garage, and it turned out to be something to do with the valves and the turbo, but the warranty covered it and it was sorted. Since getting it back, I’ve had no problems with the car so far. The experience with Concept Car Credit was good and professional. They helped me out with everything I needed, and Sam was very helpful throughout. I was just looking to upgrade from my previous 1.0 litre and found this one, and it’s definitely a big difference. I’d recommend the dealership, no problem. I’d give it a Four rating overall because of the initial fault with the car, but aside from that everything was pretty spot on.

Came across Concept Car Credit on the internet while googling. Omar was just so wonderful and made it so easy, and nothing was too much trouble. He sent me lots of cars over, and when the first one wasn’t suitable for them to sell, he went on to find me something else. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very much that it was all down to me which car I picked. He was so helpful and lovely. The Polo was exactly as described, and I’d definitely give the whole experience five stars because from the initial phone call to the call saying the car was on its way to me, the service was absolutely fabulous. I could not fault it. The only bit that really let it down was the man who delivered the car his communication wasn’t great, but that would be unfair to mark down overall because Omar was fabulous.

It was a brilliant buying experience with a concept car credit, everything went so smoothly. I've always wanted a Mercedes, so now I've got the A-Class. I'm really enjoying it.
