This is my 2nd Renault Zoe, except this one is a newer model. The car was delivered on time, and the car was as described. It was a good handover, and we went on a test drive just to make sure I was happy with the car. I would give it a 5 out of 5.

The whole process was made easy and understandable. On collection day my car was presented in a really well valeted condition. I've had a small issue with a second key, the guy's have made rectifying the problem, a simple process.

Really pleased with my Renault Zoe. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all stages of the purchase.

The Kia Soul was not a car I was familiar with, so I was really leased that Dan pointed it out to me. The 64kwh model has a lot of 'luxury' features such as leather seats, a heated steering wheel and seats, a great stereo, reversing cameras, rain sensors, adaptive cruise control, lane assist and a host of other safety features. At the test drive, I took the Kia out twice, since the steering was a lot more responsive than I was used to. I also drove a Hyundai Kona to provide a comparison. I am absolutely thrilled with my car. It is the perfect car for my driving lifestyle. With 100% battery health and less than 25,000 miles on the clock it was like buying a new car but for around 35% of the price. I paid the asking price and this came out at £200 less than the insurance valuation. I also checked on autotrader and there was only one car nationally of the same spec and model which was offered cheaper. I value having Drive Green on my doorstep since as a first time EV buyer it gave me the opportunity to test drive more than one vehicle.

As we were completing a distance purchase online, we did our due diligence including reading through reviews etc, and I’m glad to say the service was exactly as we expected. The car was well presented and fully charged at handover. Taking the risk of buying without seeing the vehicle first and putting our trust in Drive Green worked out well.

As my first EV it’s taken a bit of getting used to, but I’m getting the hang of it now. I’ve since discovered the manual’s missing which would’ve been really handy as I’ve had to Google various bits and pieces. Reece and the other guys at Drive Green were helpful and kindly arranged a test drive for me. I understand the need for an appointment system, but as a walk-in I had to push things a bit to make sure the cars I liked were there and available to buy. In the end we managed to work around the rules, which meant I could buy the car there and then without having to return at a later date or time. Other than that slight initial push-back all was good.

Five stars for Reece and team Drive Green.

Purchasing process was very smooth, although communication could have been better. There were a few small issues with the car which I think could have either been addressed, or at least disclosed in the interest of transparency, but I know this is the world of second hand car sales. Boot cover was broken, wipers all needed replacing, front screen washer nozzles are blocked. All relatively minor and I would buy again, but would be more cautious.
