Everything has all been good since purchasing the Range Rover in February. I have no complaints in regard to my experience at the dealership. There were a few bits that needed doing to the car, and they got them sorted with no problems and were helpful throughout.

5 customer service was very good and friendly, the price was good and we're very happy with the car. The process on the day was a little slow but then it was over the Christmas/new year break.

I’m pretty satisfied with the vehicle I brought from Essex prestige to be honest, and I’m gassed with the headlights. I had an Audi a4 which had issues with the gear box and the golden rule is if there’s issues with that, you might Aswell get rid of the car. Customer service and attention to detail was dealt with swiftly.

The personnel and also the no haggling on part exchange. Very professional. it was a stress free experience dealing with Essex Prestige and would highly recommend

The Range Rover Sport Essex prestige offered the specifications I was looking for and had a reasonable price with reasonable miles. We are just having a bit of a problem with the service history but apart from that, it’s a nice car.

The Mercedes we got from them is perfect. I went to Essex Prestige because its quite local to me on my way home from work. They got the work done with the car before I came to pick it up and were easy it was to deal with.

I decided to look for a new car for a upgrade and I'm getting on well with the new Mercedes from Essex Prestige. I did find Sam the salesman brilliant, he answered any question I had.

We are getting on well with the Ford Tourneo. The only thing I'd mention is that we did notice a buzzing noise however that’s about it. In terms of price and cost. I never went down believe it or not, I never found one that offered the same deal so I went it, they offered to deliver but I was too impatient and organised delivery myself!

The Ranger Rover is all good so far! Really good experience they solved any issues I had with the car, they even provided me with a curtsey car which was also a Range Rover. Naz and Kelly were perfect! This is my third car now from Essex Prestige and I've never had a problem.

Dylan was fantastic, he answered all my questions, he wasn't at all pushy at all, didn't use any classic cheeky salesman techniques. we really enjoyed dealing with him and buying the car. So a massive thank you to Dylan. 5 stars all the way.
