If I could give zero stars I would. Head over to trust pilot as the company is that bent they have been paying for 5 star reviews. Look at the negative ones they are the real ones. I read them all and still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have trusted my gutt instinct and walked away before parting with any money. Next il be going to trading standards and also every review site possible. It will end with court as these thieves still haven't refunded my money equating to a thousand pounds as someone else on another review had done to them Look on trustpilot they pay for reviews

THE MOST UPSETTING CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN 35 YEARS. Reece, the salesperson seemed genuine. Car delivered and had issues with it. Ayham, the sales manager then stalls any sort of conclusion for weeks through pretend repair quotes and doesn’t reply to calls or emails. We all have to wait up to 5 days for the company directors, Syed and Adil to respond as I’m told they don’t have their own email addresses (although they never actually responded). Ayham told me not to drive the car as not road worthy, yet they won’t make the car fit for purpose. Still unresolved and no correspondence from the showroom in Peterborough or the directors at their Luton site. BE PREPARED TO BE CONNED.

AVOID AT ALL COST I put my trust in to these guys and they have rip me off. I payed over £8000.00 for a Freelander which I got delivered and It turned up with 2 bold tries on the front. they had put a full mot on it which I can't understand how this is legal. after taking the car for a drive there is a humming sound at first I fort wheel bearing. it turns out the the front diff is had it been quoted £2900.00 for this.the sales guy is ok to deal with. everything gets past to the directors and they never get back to you. I have asked to speak with them but they will not I have to deal with the poor sales guy. I asked for a full refund within the 30 days which I'm in my rights to do they have refused this. the only way I'm going to get somewhere is to spend more money taking them to court

My experience with Carfirm has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a Ford Transit Connect (RV17 AZB) from them on August 15, 2024, only to have it break down within hours due to severe faults that rendered it completely unfit for purpose. After returning the car on August 20, 2024, I have been left in financial and emotional turmoil with zero updates from the company and unable to get to work as an air conditioning engineer. The vehicle I purchased developed an engine management issue, and would only allow me to drive at slow speeds which became dangerous. The vehicle’s service history indicates a reconditioned engine from a salvage merchant, further casting doubt on the vehicle’s integrity. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am not obligated to accept further testing or remedial actions for the vehicle. Despite this, Carfirm has ignored my numerous attempts to contact them and resolve this issue. The lack of response from both the finance team (Adam), and the company management is unacceptable and has only increased the strain on my mental health and financial situation. As well as selling sub standard and problematic vehicles, Carfirm are also conducting unethical online practices. I have gathered evidence suggesting that Carfirm has been involved in posting fraudulent Google reviews, which not only mislead potential customers but also damage consumer trust.. I demanded a full refund of £9,478.80, which I expected to be processed by close of business on August 22, 2024. Carfirm have failed to meet this deadline, and have not contacted me to provide an update. I will escalate the complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), report the issue to Watchdog, and pursue legal action to enforce my statutory rights. The total disregard for customer service, coupled with fraudulent review practices, makes Carfirm a company to avoid. Their actions have not only led to financial loss but also caused unnecessary distress. Do not waste your time or money with this disreputable business. I am still yet to hear from them as of 23rd August 2024.
