It's a 5 for sure from me as Jay was amazing, a very kind person who treated me very well. To be honest the whole team at JP Motor Trade were amazing too. Overall a good experience and since having the Focus all has been well.

I found the staff here at JP Motor Trade quite friendly when I bought my Ford Focus from them, they got everything sorted pretty fast for me and even helped with the finance. When the car was delivered they went through all the bits and bobs and explained all about the car to me, and since then the car has been so far so good!

The whole process was straightforward, I had a test drive then a chat and the Fiesta was delivered the same day. Throughout the sale I didn't feel obliged to buy the car at all, as they weren't pushy in the slightest. They are sales people at the end of the day, but that said they didn't shy away from issues and were very open and honest.

My Hyundai is going well, the staff at JP Motors made sure everything was smooth, can't really complain. When I went down to test drive it, the salesman showed me how absolutely everything worked, all the details ect. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he made sure the vehicle was all ready and cleaned well for me when I collected, which was appreciated. I think I would give them 5 stars based on my experience with them.

JP is just round the corner from me, which made it really handy when buying the my 208. It was a quick turnaround only a couple of days from enquiry to driving away, which included getting the finance sorted. The team there provided a really good service and I'll be returning soon as they kindly gifted me a free car wash.

The Mokka is running well so far. I found the staff were great, excellent in fact! They took me out on a test drive, showed me how everything worked on the car. I have forgotten the salesman's name, but they were quick to get my finance sorted. Happy with the service, but there is always room for improvement.

After googling for the specific car I was looking for, I found my Outlander from JP Motors. They were very helpful I'd have to give them a 5.

The JP Team were really warm, friendly and welcoming. I had a good test drive of Astra SRI. The customer service they provided was very informative from start to finish. I had a few issues with battery and clutch and the service went above and beyond to resolve the issues. Very good communication and I would recommend their service to family and friends

Dealer was very friendly and helpful. The car was nice and clean. Dealership was forthcoming about any issues with the car. Would definitely recommend.

It has been a good experience with the dealership, I found all the staff to come across as friendly and helpful. In regards to the BMW I purchased, it drives great and I am happy with it, the only issue I am having is the headlights are a bit blurry, however I'd still rate JP the highest marks as the customer service was spot on.
