So far so good, we did have a bit of a rocky start however we appreciate on how junction 17 handled it and got it fixed quickly so it was fair. If they could be a bit more thorough with the customer, it would be a bit more appreciated.

I am currently on holiday so my Auntie has the car back home, but she says it is all good no problems from what I have been told. I saw that junction 17 had the car so I went down to look, and Luke was a gentleman he sorted everything out for me. Five stars It was perfect.

I’m getting on all good with the BMW 2 series, its spot on to be honest. It was quick service; all done on the Thursday and picked the car up on Saturday. Ian was alright but getting hold of him was a bit difficult, id presume that’s because of other customers.

Everything has been fine with the car and the customer service was good, the only issue was there was hidden fees in regards to a presentation fee and added on extended warranties. It did feel dampen the experience a little. However the staff themselves I couldn't fault them, very helpful and attentive. There wasn't any added extra pressure on the sale, we took it for a test drive and got long enough to make sure it was the right car for us. The reason we went to Junction 17 was because they had 2 cars almost identical so it gave us the option to assess what we wanted. Overall I would rate our experience a 4/5.

I saw a Jaguar F-Type for sale and put my car up for sale so I could get the Jaguar. Completely Coincidentally Junction 17 actually reached out to me about buying my car! We agreed on a part exchange and I was happy for the price that I was offered for my car. I dealt with Charlie who was excellent it was a shame he wasn't there when I went to collect the car. The other salesman who was there stepping in wasn't exactly amenable I will say. ANother thing was the car didn't come with a V5 so I did have to pay to get a V62 and sort that out myself which is why I would rate a 4 not a 5. However I am very happy with the car itself and praise to Charlie for his service.

The reason for the new car was that I wanted a Stinger. I found the one advertised at Junction 17 on Autotrader.
