I was in need of an upgrade, something with low mileage and a genuinely nice car. I went with the BMW 1 Series. Their communication was good, and they delivered exactly what they said.

I was looking online for dealerships in the area and that is when I came across Kirkham, I had a look on their website and saw a Mini Countryman. I went to view in person and everything was accurate with the online advert. It was the first time I had used the dealership and it was a good experience. It was Jay that I dealt with and he was fine, no problems there. Overall it has been a positive experience, I would rate my experience a 5.

I dealt with Jamie at Kirkham, he was excellent, really on it and wasn't at all pushy. There was no delays in getting my car it was ready for when I wanted it. Since purchase I haven't had any problems, it's all been really good. And hopefully I don't have to, but if I was looking for another car I would come back to Kirkham. Overall I'd rate them 5 stars and would recommend.

I have already had a lot of use out of it already, I had an issue with the tyre pressure sensor but got that all sorted myself. The only other issue I am having is that the steering lock doesn't work. However I have taken out the year warranty with Kirkham so that has given me peace of mind that I can get it sorted. Other than that everything is fine. The actual process was quick I had the car within a week of equiring, when I did pick it up it was all valeted and prepared. I would give them a full 5/5 rating.

I'd rate my overall experience 4 out of 5. I believe I bought a good car at reasonable price. The sales transaction was quick & easy, and all the niggly things like car tax, MOT, were efficiently taken care of. So the whole process took less than 7 days start-to-finish, which was great.

Went to view a few options. Jamie listened to what I needed the car for and matched me up with the best option for my needs. He came across as helpful without being pushy and I left with a car without feeling stressed and pressured.

My new Golf has been perfect, and the guys at Kirkham Part EX were great, it couldn't have gone any smoother, and the car was all valeted and clean. It would have been a 5 if there was a bit more fuel in the car.

The customer service was good. I mentioned an issue with the charging, and they came and replaced the part for me.

We bought a Mercedes A Class, and there was an issue within a week, so we took the car back, and they were brilliant, they took the keys, gave us a courtesy car, and got it all resolved quickly. 5 out of 5
