I’ve had my eye on the Vauxhall Mokka for a while, and it was the car I wanted. I've been enjoying it. I did have a small issue with the radio, which I raised after buying the car. I was advised to get it sorted and claim it back through the warranty, and it’s due to go in to be looked at soon. I dealt with Paul, who was really good and very helpful throughout the process.

I’ve had no problems at all since getting it the Honda Jazz. The experience at the dealership was what you’d expect. They wanted to sell the car and that’s what they did. The customer service was good

The experience at the dealership was alright. The salesman was quite young, and I felt the communication could have been better in places. I was told it didn’t come with a parcel shelf, which was a small issue. Aside from that, everything else has been okay. The Toyota Aygo is a nice car, and it's been good.

So far so good with the Kia Stonic, the process of buying it was really smooth, with no issues at all. I dealt with Mohammad, he was good throughout, he was very thorough. The only issue I had was an error with some documentation, which is why I would score it 4 stars.

The BMW 3 series has been great so far, and I’ve been enjoying it since picking it up. It’s a lovely car. I actually came across LMC through an online search. I wasn’t specifically looking for a 3 Series, but when I went to view it, the car itself stood out, especially the colour, and that’s what made me go for it. The person I dealt with at the dealership was brilliant. Would definitely recommend LMC to others

My experience was okay, Sarina was very good at handling the issues. But I did feel like the young fella who we dealt with first lacked abit of communication skills, but he did offer me some water and coffee. When I was having issue with the car I went to the garage, and they did not know that I was booked in and ever since that I have never taken it back. LMC did give me a good price for my old car. Maybe it was just an off day 😊 I would go back there again as my son is thinking about getting his car from LMC.

Overall, I am satisfied with the process. there maybe some delays like the logbook processing but I understand.

The spec that I wanted was the one that we got which was good. I had to buy the car on faith really because I live so far away, I had to have it delivered. The guy that drove it up showed good communication and even provided me with photographs of the Evoque. It all worked out perfectly in the end.
