The Kia Rio is pretty much ok. I believe there might be an oil leak in the car. The whole experience was all good. It would have been nice to have some fuel in the car after purchasing it. Haidar went through the whole process with me and set everything out while explaining it to me.

By enlarge, really really pleased with the Volvo V40. The only two little letdowns was the valeting under the bonnet and there was a small issue with the wheel nuts that the sorted out immediately. Adam, the salesman I dealt with was excellent at this job.

Great service quick and easy

It was a great experience. The staff at The North West Trade Centre in Preston were really good. I was in a bit of a rush, and they managed to prepare the car for me. They did use some kind of cleaning product on he carpet, so when I put my bag down, it got a bit stained. I’ve also had some letters from the DVLA regarding car tax for the car I’ve traded in, so ill have to chase them up regarding that. Other than that they were absolutely brilliant.

The dealership has been absolutely fine. I’m getting on really well with the Peugeot 208, it's been a very good run-around. I saw the car advertised on the Autotrader, and it had low mileage. I dealt with Wayne at the Preston branch, and he has been really good. The only thing I could nitpick was the delays in communication over WhatsApp. However, I'm still impressed with the service overall.

I was desperate for a car for work and the BMW 1 series popped up at North West Trade Centre and it's around the corner from my house so it worked out well, really. I can't fault my experience down at the dealership, Tyler, who i dealt with, got everything sorted quickly

All good with the Land Rover from North West Trade Centre, They were very helpful down at the dealership, they made sure I understood everything I was signed and sorted out all the paperwork quickly.

Getting on well with the Fiesta from North West Trade Centre, the service from Adam was good, I'd recommend them
