Since purchase everything has been fine, there was a warning light that came on but it went by itself so no issue there. We found the dealership on Autotrader, we had heard of the name Phantom and seen the reviews for it, and decided to go to the dealership. Dealt with Gary we spoke to him initially over the phone and then again when we went to the dealership. When we went to collect there was some issues with the service that was done so we weren't able to take it home. However gary got it delivered to us free of charge. This was on time. Everything was perfect from them on. Would rate the overall experience a 4/5 as it wasn't perfect but everything got sorted and I was pleased.

The buying process went well, dealt with Dylan, he made sure everything was done in regards to prep. It was a quick turnaround, we weren't waiting long at all. The only issue we've had is with the light bar not being fitted properly, so all the plastic started to come loose and it flew off as we were driving down the road, so we did end up having to replace that. Everything else is fine and we are enjoying the vehicle.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XF, so far so good with it, everything has been great and I am pleased with it. The customer service was good the only thing was that when we traded our car in initially there was an agreed price, however I was then told there was £800 worth of things that needed fixing and if I could contribute towards that. It did dim the experience and take the focus of the Jag for me if I am being honest. I came across Phantom while looking online specifically for a Jag, everything that was in the advert was accurate and correct, didn't feel there was anything that had been hidden from me. The turnaround time to get it was around 2 weeks while they made sure everything was in a top condition overall I'd rate my experience a 3.

There was some room for improvement at the beginning at the process as I placed the deposit and then didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. I was getting concerned so I called up and it was then explained to me that all the cars are serviced and given a multi-point check to make sure everything is top notch and the car won't be available for delivery for a little while. When I was told that, it was reassuring and that was fine, but that could have been communicated better initially. That being said Chelsea was super lovely, she even put a Phantom umbrella and a bottle of wine in the car for me which was a nice touch. And she was very pleasant to deal with. There was a couple of little things with the car that came up before it was delivered to me such as a paint chip and missing parcel shelf. They made me aware of the paint chip and sorted it for me prior to the delivery. In regards to the parcel shelf I felt this should have been displayed more clearly that it didn't come with one in the advert. However they actually ended up sending me the money towards this. On a whole the quality of the car and the process was good. I do love the car. Another thing I would say the guy who delivered the car to me, Andy, was one of the nicest guys I think I have ever met. I have a couple of children, they were in the house when the car arrived and he was great with them. He was just a breath of fresh air, he turned up super happy and couldn't have done enough for me. I would actually rate my experience 5 stars, I know there was a few feedback comments however they sorted them out. So I am happy to give them a 5.

I've noticed a considerable difference since upgrading to the Ford Fiesta. The main point of contact was good, and I didn't have any issues at the dealership, so no reason not to give it a 5, and I would 100% use them again in the future for my next upgrade.

This is the second vehicle we've got from Phantom. They are a trusted dealership to us, and with them being right around the corner it is very convenient. I upgraded myself to a Ford ranger, it has taken some getting used to the size, going from a Peugeot to this but I am very pleased with it. Jon who assisted the sale was great, there was a bit of delay for collection date but that was only due to him wanting to make sure everything was okay with the vehicle and even replaced the wet belt for me while they were sorting other things out which was appricated. The car was cleaned spotlessly when I first got it, unfortunately it isn't like that anymore haha! I would highly recommend Phantom they provide a great level of customer service and never had an issue with the vehicles we've got from them.
