great attention to us when buying the car we will be back when the mot is due

I'm very pleased with my Fiesta from Ponko, I would recommend them, the guy Bogdan was very nice! I had to travel to get to them and the car was how he said it was and he did everything Id asked him to do so overall a positive experience. There wasn't anything that I could have asked them to do that they hadn't already done.

I recently bought a VW e-up from Ponko and they made the process very easy and there was no high pressure selling at all. The staff all seem very genuine and keen to help. The dealership has a family feel to it. After I had bought the car I had a small issue that needed some attention but it was sorted quickly and professionally with no fuss. I mostly dealt with Kye but also spoke to several other staff in the few visits I made there and all were great. (Coincidentally, my daughter bought a car from a car supermarket a week later and that was a far less pleasant experience!)

Ponko is amazing they are so nice! I was searching online for something low mileage at a reasonable price and the Ford Kuga caught my eye. The team down there tolerated all my question for quite a long time, I can get a bit nervous with things like this but they were wonderful with me. I would definitely recommend them!

The overall experience was very good. There were a few issues detected at the point of purchase, which they promptly put right. The works manager was very helpful with the points I raised, agreed there were issues and got them fixed. Unfortunately, fixing one thing led to a couple of other issues appearing, but again they were promptly repaired, with a courtesy car provided and no problems at all. After the purchase, another small fault developed. I took the car back and Janie in the warranty department said, "No problem, bring it in." A courtesy car was provided while the issue was fixed, and since then the car has been brilliant, with good fuel economy. I'd like to give a special mention to Janie, who was incredibly helpful! I found all the staff warm, courteous, and welcoming throughout and every issue I raised was resolved without hesitation. I was also pleased with the buying experience. There were no issues viewing three different cars, my queries were answered quickly, and the vehicle represented very good value for money within my budget of under £6,000. Although some faults occurred, they were outside of normal wear and tear and were repaired without question. Overall, despite the issues, I would still give Ponko five stars because of the way the problems were handled and resolved.

Kye the salesman was lovely, he was friendly and put me at ease, the car is not to bad there are some issues but the dealership are getting these sorted for me. I would go back and recommend them

The service and aftercare has been brilliant. Not difficult to get in touch and discuss any concerns I've had.

Unfortunately there is a couple of issues with the car which i was expecting to be fixed but haven't, to give them credit they have compensated me for one which was the tires, just unfortunately the Air Con is not working which is frustrating in the current mega weather we have been having. That said, Adam the salesman was grand, he was so helpful offering drinks answering questions, my phone battery even died and he offered his charger with was great so no faults with him at all.
