Sorry not to have answered your 01565 call this afternoon. I was out driving in the car I've just bought from Ponko in Foxton near Cambridge. I'm very happy with the car, the staff at Ponko were very friendly and helpful and I give them the mark of 4 out 5. The reason for the 4 is because I found the whole experience of the test drive, the paperwork, insurance and road tax etc quite overwhelming, but I guess that's more to do with my age. Again, the staff were very nice and the whole procedure took about two and a half hours. It's the first second-hand car I've bought since I bought my last one 15 years or so ago. The process seemed more simple then.

The ford Kuga is great. Kyes service was really good, he was lovely. We did encounter a few issues initially, but this was eventually resolved.

The ford I purchased is great! I chose them mostly because of location however they had really good reviews. I found them friendly and hands on. Generally, just efficient with a good selection. I would rate my experience as 4.8 stars if I could!

Ponko had the car that we were looking for, and the salesperson Philip was really good. He definitely stood out with my experience. We did have some issues with the car but other than that it has been fine.

My daughter loves the car we brought from Ponko. When we saw the Kia Sportage there, we thought it was very clean. The staff weren’t pushy at all which was good regarding any extra packages with the purchase.

The people were really nice, good salespeople. Regarding the vehicle, I did feel a bit let down. Apart from that, Jacks service was lovely and found him to be good at his job.

All good with Ponko, simple and quick process. Going through the paperwork was fine, all standard. The MG 3 is all good and working which I thought it would.
