The customer service was good, happy with with it all. give it a five.

Ben and Amber explained everything well to me, very helpful. Wheelers was right down the street from me, so it was easy. The BMW has been really good I am enjoying it. Five stars. My experience was good, nice and easy.

5 because Harry was outstanding throughout the process. He was top tier. Car is fantastic. Plenty of communication and importantly trust between each other. I would definitely come back for another car.

The Mitsubishi is going very good, very quick process and the car was clean and tidy. Five stars definitely. Their customer service was very good, Tom answered all my questions, and it was good!

5, friendly service and helpful, car turn around was a bit steady but I was told that at the start so no complaints

Harry was excellent. He was friendly and professional. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. I would easily and happily rate him 5. When I collected the car a stone chip in the windscreen had not been repaired and the fuel tank was under half full. I was told the chip would have treatment to prevent it getting worse and that on collection there would be a full tank of fuel. I would rate Wheelers 4 because of those things. Having said that the car is excellent and I am really pleased with it and it was as described in the advertisement. Pity about those two things otherwise it would be a 5 all day long.

The salesman that was at Wheelers was really good, but there was a couple of things that the garage said they would do and did not do. I asked for the gear tray to be removed, and they only took out four bolts which when I live an hour away it is hard to keep going back up. The customer service side was good it was just more the garage side.

Very easy to buy from straightforward even without viewing the vehicle

Wheelers customer service was very good, I knew what van I was looking for so I had a look online and found this dealer. I got in touch and their communication on the phone, I did feel like I had to keep chasing them but in person they were good. It was a fast and efficient process.
