I found them on Carwow - they are about 30 minutes drive from me - I knew the car I wanted to get and I knew the specific features and mileage and this car had low mileage so that's why I went. They weren't pressuring me to buy the car which was appreciated. I would purchase from them again.

My car from LMC is absolutely fantastic, really pleased with it, and I'm still loving it a few months down the line. The customer experience at LMC was also fantastic, everyone there was so friendly, and George the salesperson, was lovely. I'm so impressed with the range of vehicles they have in and even though they are a bit far I would come back again.

Overall, my experience was decent. I had an issue with the van shortly after purchase, which I was surprised hadn’t been spotted beforehand. Thankfully, it was covered under warranty. It did take a few follow-ups via phone and email to get things moving, but once I brought the van in, the team worked on it and got it sorted the same day. The wait was longer than expected and communication during the repair could’ve been better, but in the end, the issue was resolved. I'd give them 4 stars and I'm happy with my purchase.

Really good experience with the Mercedes A-Class. Customer service was very good throughout. We specifically went for this Mercedes after my grandson found it online. He didn't quite have 2 years NCD, so I told him once he did that he could have the car. He's since had it and he’s really pleased with it. This was both of our first times visiting LMC and we have no complaints.

Yeah I had no problems at all with the experience. I knew the car I wanted, LMC is literally 2 seconds up the road from me so I went to have a look and made the purchase. I like the fact they always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions.
