I bought a Skoda from LMC in January and the range on the car was only 175 miles, so I came back to get something with a bit more range when I came across the Tesla - which has a impressive range of 325 miles. Since having the Tesla it has been great, absolutely no issues to report. The team were very helpful and only took 2 weeks to move from the Skoda to the Tesla which was amazing. Really positive experience, very happy!

Honestly the salesman who was helping me when I bought my Juke from LMC was brilliant - he really went above and beyond. I actually broke down in my car I was going to part exchange and he was kind enough to send out their driver to come and pick my husband and I up. During the sale, he answered all my questions and asked all the right ones to assist. When it came to buying the car, I didn't expect to be driving away in it the same day so I hadn't cleaned out my car which was full of stuff for the charity shop, but the salesman was so lovely and helped me transfer everything over, which was really kind and helpful. The only reason I cannot give them full marks is due to waiting on some policy documents for the warranty, but if I had these there would be no question that it would be a big 5/5 from me. Happily buy from them again in the future if I saw a car there I liked.

I have had my Seat Ibiza for some time now and its running really well. Initially I had an issue with the door locking mechanism but LMC were great and got this sorted for me swiftly and since then there has been no issues to report. The customer service I received was very good from both the sales team and aftersales. Would happily give them full marks!

4 There were a few small niggles: 1) empty petrol tank, 2) almost didn't get the car valeted as I was late confirming I was collecting it (because the agent didn't see my email/get my calls as he was busy with other customers) 3) pressure around completing before month end 4) no in depth explanation of controls/functions

All good so far. The staff were helpful, and the vehicle was in good condition and nicely valeted. The person I dealt with was friendly and supportive throughout the process. I would return in the future to buy another vehicle. Overall, a solid experience – 4 stars.

The car is really good. It was a brilliant experience , very friendly and very straightforward. I'm really happy with the car. There were a couple of stone chips, and they fixed them. I'm a very happy customer.

I can't remember the salesman's name but he was really good, I found them online and realised they were quite local to me so I decided to check them out. I have been looking for a smaller car for a while and they had one that I really wanted. The only thing I had a slight problem with is that I hadn't received the logbook, but I spoke to LMC and they sorted it straight away. I would highly recommend them!

If you were to ask me how I feel about LMC I'd say I'm happy overall. They were brilliant at the point of sale, but could've been quicker at addressing bits and pieces post-sale. I understand they sell a lot of cars and are likely over-stretched so I don't want to be too harsh as empathise with their aftersales team.

LMC definitely deserve five star feedback for the support they gave me when I bought my Renault Arkana a few weeks back. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even after I'd had the car a few days they were happy to respond to any questions or queries which was really nice.
