I have not had any problems with the MG since the purchase, and the customer service was really good, they answered all my questions and let me take the car for a test drive on my own, which was good.

I would rate the experience 5+.
I had found it quite difficult to find my right car, the modern way being more on-line (not how I've searched for cars previously).
As soon as I met Andrew I was made to feel completely at ease, and he guided me through the process with a minimum of fuss.
He didn't rush through the sale , he took his time to get the car just right, ironing out little issues with the car so that when he did deliver - the car was in tip top condition.
The car looks and feels the same now as it did when I bought it.
Couldn't be more pleased with the service. As a footnote note id like to add that I've told my daughters and anyone else who cares to listen that when they are ready to buy new cars Andrew should be the person they call.
He was bright, confident and a real gentleman

The person I dealt with at the dealership was nice and polite, and I would use them again. I'd give them 4 stars, as I did have an issue that I had to get resolved, but other than that, it was all good.

The guys were great, made it a really simple process from start to finish. They made sure the car was prepared for me before I left with it. It was cleaned spotlessly. Had no issues and the car itself is brilliant.
